"Pretty easy to use overall"
The site was easy enough to get around, especially if you already know what you’re looking for. Checkout did load a little slow for me, but other than that the whole process was straightforward.

"Packaging could’ve been way better"
My order got here on time, so that part was fine, but the packaging was disappointing. The box were really thin and one corner was kind of smashed in, plus there was barely any padding inside to protect anything.
The item itself ended up being okay, luckily, but for the price I paid, I really expected it to be packed with a little more care. It just wasn’t the best first impression.

"Not gonna lie, the order itself was..."
Not gonna lie, the order itself was fine, but the shipping took way longer than expected. The site gave one estimate and it ended up taking longer, plus the tracking barely updated the whole time. I felt like I was just waiting around with no real idea of when it would show up. Frustrating overall.

My order was mostly right, except one of the sheath colors was different than what I picked. Kind of ridiculous, but it’s still usable so I’m not too upset about it

"Quick, painless refund"
I accidentally ordered the wrong knife and had that instant “ugh, that was my fault” moment. I emailed them right away, and they replied quickly with the return details. I sent it back, and a few days after they received it, the refund came through. No hassle, no awkward back-and-forth, just super easy. i was relieved by how smooth it was

"Decent blade, but not quite up to my standard"
It’s an okay blade overall, but I wouldn’t say it really impressed me. I’m a bit picky about quality, and for my personal standard, this one feels just average. It gets the job done, but it’s not perfect

so I ordered a knife from Blade City and was disappointed when it showed up dull right out of the box.
I tested it on some paper and cardboard, and it just kept dragging instead of slicing cleanly. I ended up having to sharpen it myself, which is annoying for something brand new.
It looks fine, but I bought it for the blade, not just the appearance. Sharpness was the main thing for me, so I probably wouldn’t buy from them again.

"Pretty great selection"
I was surprised by how many blades and styles they had on blade-city.com. I ended up spending a while just browsing because there were so many options, from simple pocket knives to more unique pieces. The site was easy to look through too, which helped. If you like having a lot of choices, this place is solid.

"Price didn’t pass the quick value check"
I kind of did the simple mental math as soon as I got it: what I paid vs. what I actually received. For me, it just didn’t add up. It’s not terrible, but at this price, I expected more.

"Really good help when I needed it!!"
I reached out to support not really sure how long it would take, but they got back to me fast!!! The issue was sorted out without much hassle, and everything ended up working fine... i was relieved!!
